In the last years, there has been a social phenomenon, involving real-estate, to which we weren't prepared for: retired or retired to be people, whom in United States and Canada are called the Baby Boomers, are choosing Mexico as their home place and very specifically the area of Patzcuaro it's surroundings.

Tierra Mágica was thought and designed to fulfil the needs of the senior persons. It will count: in it's first stage, with large lots of aproximately 600 sq Mts, with houses that wont't surpass 20% of the surface of the lots; and in the second stage, with specialized areas like: commercial, culturar, health, recreative, spa, heliport, etc.
Tierra Mágica is the first ecological development for retired people who wish to live in contact with nature, in an enviroment full of tranquillity and calmness, and in contact with the towns and cities from the region. It is a only project of it's kind in this area, that is made to look after the enviroment and the regional growth. It incorporates ecological and bio-climatic construction techniques.
